PRIVACY NOTICE · UPDATED 19 SEPTEMBER 2026
Clear about
your data.
This notice explains how FORGE uses information you provide when joining the FORGE Weekly Newsletter and receiving the free 7-Day Consistency Reset.
Who is responsible
FORGE is the data controller for the newsletter and free resource. FORGE is a UK-based independent brand. You can contact us at privacy@forgestandards.co.uk or write to Forge, Unit 173128, PO Box 7169, Poole, BH15 9EL, United Kingdom.
What we collect
- Your email address, which is required to join the FORGE Weekly Newsletter.
- Your first name if you choose to provide it.
- Subscription evidence, including the signup source, status, confirmation time and unsubscribe status.
- Basic email activity such as delivery, opens and link clicks where Mailchimp provides it and your settings allow it.
- Messages you choose to send to FORGE. Please do not send private medical information.
Why we use it
We use your consent to confirm your subscription, send the free reset, deliver the FORGE Weekly Newsletter about health, fitness and discipline, and send occasional FORGE product updates. You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter.
Services we use
Mailchimp processes newsletter subscriptions and email activity for FORGE. Google Workspace is used for business email and support replies. Airtable may hold a limited operational record of the signup source or campaign performance; Mailchimp remains the authoritative record for consent and suppression. We do not sell subscriber lists.
How long we keep it
We keep your active subscription while you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we retain the minimum suppression record needed to honour that choice and prevent accidental resubscription. Support messages and operational records are reviewed and removed when they are no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe at any time and keep the guide already delivered. Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or move your information, or object to its use. Contact privacy@forgestandards.co.uk. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
